A Tucson based artist and illustrator with a love for anime, comics, and street art. I grew up listening to rap and hip hop, from the early ’90s to the modern classics. Of all the elements of hip hop, graffiti is probably the biggest influence on my art and line work. Artists like OutKast, Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco, Deltron, MF Doom, and the Wu-Tang Clan are directly responsible for both who I am and my art style. In fact, Wu-Tang Clan: Shaolin Style might also be directly responsible for his obsession with Samurai and Kung Fu cinema. I hope to create art that directly celebrates Hip Hop and honors its role as an essential part of culture.
